Me too!

Beautiful post. You can do this!

Hi Michelle! I'm sending you a request right now. I'm currently at maintenance and also training for my first half in November. I always welcome running friends. Actually, the vast majority of my friends are runners :)
-
I'm a fairly new runner but will start training soon for my first half in November, so feel free to add me! Just ran my first race today-a 7K and loved it!
-
I'd like to join! Goal for the month- 50 miles. I ran a 7K race today! Which (I think) converts to 4.3 miles.
-
Feel free to add me as well (anyone on here). I can't imagine trying to run on only 1200 calories a day! I love to eat!
-
I've never done Insanity, but I hear its tough! I would vote option 2, that way you can build a little bit of strength (and more endurance!) before hand. I have a feeling 30DS and RI30 might be too easy after Insanity...

Great work!
-
Feel free to add me as well! I always love having running buddies for motivation :)
-
I've been wondering the same thing.
-
I haven't used any DVDs, but myomytv.com has lots of great KB workouts on her website for free :)
-
Running to the bathroom every 3 minutes in the middle of the night to puke due to food poisoning
-
Another vote for diva cup

I'm going to be training for my first half in November, so feel free to add me as well :)
-
I've noticed that whenever I'm having trouble breathing it's because I'm running too fast. I slow down just a bit and it helps me out a ton.
-
Bump for later
-
That looks great! Thanks for sharing!
-
I take my albuterol 20-30 minutes before I run. No problems as long as I remember, but I can tell the difference quickly when I forget.
-
Bump for additional info. I'm going to start training for a half soon and I know hydration/nutrition will be especially important over the Florida summer.
-
C25K rocks! And there's a great group here on MFP for it too. Join us!
-
I have allergic asthma (only get wheezy due to allergens). My doctor prescribed me an albuterol inhaler. I take my 2 puffs about 30 minutes before I go on a run and have no problems. Maybe talking to your doc about that (or any other meds) that you can take just as needed before runs?
-
Feel free to add me as well. I'm a little over half-way done with C25K, but plan on running a half marathon in November. I love having running buddies for support!
-
Newb runner here, but feel free to add me! I'm halfway through C25K wih an ultimate goal of running a 1/2 marathon in November :)
-
That looks insanely good!!!

Guess I'm giving this method a try! Here's hoping it works for me! So I just need to follow the recomendation mady by F2F radio and the only time I would "eat back" exercise is if it drops me below my BMR (which it shouldn't, since exercise is already built in)? Amazing how much more that looks like even though the net…
-
I'd be interested to see what you made. Every once in a while I'll have a bad day and leave myself bruised.
-
Thanks for the clarification :) I definitely have a range in mind, but now I know I need to go on maintenance at the lower end of that range rather than higher. I never thought about the water weight-loss aspect before!
-
So, is this saying that if you wanted to maintain at a specific number, you should actually try to get 3-5 pounds under that number? Because when you start maintenance you can count on gaining that water weight back? Just trying to be sure I understand this correctly :)
-
I'm getting close to maintenance and have been thinking about these same questions. Can't wait to hear what some people have to say :)
