I am beyond frustrated with myself. I am doing zumba 3x a week. I burn a LOT it's very high impact my fitbit states about 700 cal per class!!

Shoes may be too tight and also if your heart rate is too high it can make your feet start to go numb so just slow down a little bit and give your heart time to catch up. :smile:

It might take a while but you can do it. One day at a time. You did not gain weight over night it won't come off over night. Don't let a loser that you don't know ruin your spirit. You are doing this for you not anyone else you are your best friend or worst enemy. Hang in there girl you got this! :-)
