  • Fabulous job! Just remember muscle weighs more then fat so it looks like you've probably lost more then just 6 pounds of FAT and replaced it with some compact muscle. Just think muscle burns more calories so you will be enjoying even better results. Keep it up!
  • Try adding something with protein as it will keep you feeling full longer and you may not need to snack as much. A lot of the single serving low fat yogurts are only 35 calories. Frozen grapes take a while to eat and are something chewy.
  • Salsa is low cal. Buy baked tortilla chips or make your own. Cut a pita in half and then cut into triangles. Spray with an oil spray and sprinkle on seasoning of your choice. Bake at 400 until golden.

  • Switch to a higher protein cereal and try mixing with a low fat yogurt and some fruit. Costco had Smart Life protein bars on sale which I find on the run fill you up for the whole morning.   • Chew gum when you are studying, watching TV keep yourself occupied by flippng through magazines or collecting exercises to make yourself an exercise board. Take breaks from studying and try some of the exercises you've collected. Also try freezing grapes so you munch on something healthy.
