Went to Fuddruckers for my birthday last month, got a 1/2 burger without the bun, because I was monitoring carbs at the time due to a few elevated blood glucose levels.....before adding the cheese, mayo, and etc...like close to 1k! Thank goodness I didn't get fries!

99% of the time: General Tso chicken, pork fried rice, hot and sour soup, crispy noodles for the soup, egg roll, and some of those delicious fried donuts. Hope you weren't looking for lower calorie options. ;)

Thinly sliced pound cake as bread. Mix cake crumbles with frosting and sprinkles and nuts for a "spread" brush the sandwich with butter and put that bad boy on a foreman or Panini press, and BAM. Cake sandwich. God, with this brain, no wonder I'm fat.

Like everyone else said, it's just one hour. And almost no one on this forum, myself included, has ever known what TRUE hunger is. If you stayed up an hour later than normal one night, would you go fix an extra meal? I'd guess no.

I realized today, at the gym, instead of saying "just one more set before you're done" I was saying "you can do just one more set" Also, I hate working my arms out because they're so week. Today I realized I've gone up on number of reps, sets, and weights! :smile:

Yeah, I'd eat breakfast later. I ate right when I got to work at 0700. Protein filled Greek yogurt and some beef jerky (weird combo but I need to reach protein goals. I normally eat at 1130 for lunch. By 0920, I thought the clock had stopped moving lol.

I LOVE ramen, lol. Especially when I dress it up how I like it, drop an egg in it, or some leftover chicken, or some cheese or something, maybe replace the seasoning pack with my own spices. I tend to make two servings out of it about 70% of the time. Because calories and sodium.

I don't think you're logging your foods as accurately as you think. No offense, but you're here because you were eating much more than 1200 a day. Weigh your food, choose a verified, correct entry.
