You can't accurately weigh a food cooked. It has absorbed water and will be different depending on how long you cook it and how much water is absorbed. Powdered peanut butter. Not as rich as the good stiff, but 45 calories for two tablespoons mixed with water, and 7 grams protein. I think it's very tasty! Next to the nut butters in almost any grocery store. :)

I have a serious question, and I'm not dogging anyone, because I know some people's stats require it but....why is 1200 calories the magic calorie amount? I'd love to be dropping 2+ a week, but when I set it at 2 lbs, and it gave me 1300 calories, I said heck naw and changed to 1.5 loss a week, lol.

Plain chobani yogurt, a teaspoon of honey, 5 blackberries chopped and mix it all together. Oh, and my iced coffee from dunkin with whole milk and sugar. Under 300 calories!

YOu do not lose weight from eating two few calories. That's not how science works. You're probably eating too much. Are you weighing all your food?

I'd get a cooler then. More control over your calorie intake than eating restaurants 3-4 times a day, and cheaper.
