There's no sure way to know how many calories you're eating at a local restaurant. Sure, you could get the chicken, but is it cooked in oil? Butter? Seasonings? How much of each? Be sure to eat back some of your exercise calories. It didn't take you a short time to put on weight. It shouldn't take you a short time to take it off. I've been overweight since my teens. I'm 34 now. In a month, I've lost 9.2 pounds. And that's more than great.

Glad it should be doing okay. Mine is a Walmart one, about 15 bucks paid. I plan on upgrading to a larger one -- after I gent done hosting a gender reveal shower, which is costing me a pretty Penny. Do you have any recommendations on a decent one, 40 bucks or under?

Lol, I mentioned earlier that I meant 21 grams, which is about 60 calories. My brain got flipped flopped. ;) I don't think even my honey loving *kitten* could handle that much honey at once!

You're probably underestimating. Get a digital scale, throw away your measuring cups. Measure every bite in grams, every sup in ml.

Plus, I get up at 0400 and "skip" breakfast often. Eating and not eating during certain times of the day doesn't play a significant role in your BMR.

Dunkin donuts iced coffee with milk and sugar, and their ham, egg, and cheese wake up wrap. 260 calories, and 12 grams of protein.

Start with waking up earlier than noon. Probably will go to bed a little earlier, then. Then wake up earlier. Repeat process till on an appropriate schedule.
