I find that it hard too and sometimes confusing! I have to stop sometimes and think "is this a high carb or low carb day?" Or that has a lot protein in it but it's a carb?? Ahhhh! I started the second week of January. I am down 25 pounds and started in a size 14 to a size 10. For several weeks before I got serious I just logged on my food here to get an idea of what needed to change. I love mfp :)
