I just started keto on the 15th and I'm down 7 pounds! It's all water weight though. My calorie goal is 1460 but I'm usually between 1400-1700. I do 70% fat, 25% protein & 5% carbs. This is such a great post. I am almost 7 weeks (I know it's really too early to be saying anything, but we are so excited!) and have the worst morning sickness. I like to track what I eat to make sure I am eating enough calories and so that I can see which foods make the ms worse or better.
