  • I had a great day today!! We went to the lake today with some friends and played kickball and wiffle ball for 3 HOURS!! I burned a massive amount of calories and man, did I work up a sweat!! Just wanted to share my fun and great day of exercise!! Oh, and I drank a TON of water!!
