  • I did what @whmscll suggested today. I kept staring at the other half lol, but I ate some watermelon and drank some water. I told everyone at work that only Friday is Chipotle day from now on. No chips.

  • I was advised to take in about 1200 a day by a trainer. I think your age and/or weight has something to do with it. There are calculators that can give you an idea of how much you should have. You'll have to google it.
  • I am. That has always been my slippery slope. Sugar. 'one candy bar/pint of Haagen Daz won't hurt." " I can start again tomorrow." I am happy to say that it did not taste good and I'll make a note of it in my food diary. Hopefully that helps along with having a more sensible alternative.
