Add in some more calorie dense foods that contain good fats. Good additions would be advocado, nuts, olive oil or nut butters. Theyare high calorie but not bulky so won't fill you up to much.

Hey, I'm 5'6 and 143, super interested in tip on getting in to the 130's! Everything seems to be going so slow now!! What are your guys calorie goals for the day and do you eat back exercise cals? Would love to hear about eveyones routine, ESP those who have managed to get down to 130! X

Could you explain the above post? It's just I don't understand why there is a difference. I do a body pump weights class at my gym and wear my hrm and burn quite alot of calories, my heart rate gets in to the cardio zone and I sweat so why can I not count what my hrm says I burn? Obviously everyone is different and it depend what exercise you are doing etc. But as a rough guide a generally only burn 600 cals per hour on things like elliptical etc unless I am doing interval training etc and even that is keep my hr well in the cardio zone. Hi, my gym started the new release this week, I did it for the first time this tonight. Seems good but hard. I think the tempo has slowed a bit in some bits but that makes it quite hard as you are doing slower reps and having to hold them if that makes sense.

Thanks for the replys so far. I am currently doing 4 workouts a week, usually an hour each time, a little more at my weekend workout. I do things like spinning, high intensity cardio and some strength training classes etc. I try to get my water in but I'm sure I could do better. Maybe a slow reduction is the way to go. I…
