I was 414 at my heaviest. Down to 327 right now and still working on it. Every day is a struggle but I know I can't give up:) Nice job on your weight loss!

how does this benefit this conversation?
-
they offer suppliments but you don't have to use them since you can get all you need from food. they offer bars, shakes and all that aswell as tools to help but again they are optional

I'm not expecting it to be magical or anything easy. I am hoping they can help me with my relationship with food. Educate me on how to eat, what to eat since obviously what I'm doing isnt working.
-
Sorry all I didnt mean surgery. I meant the medical weight loss clinic where they structure your food. And the 69lbs I lost were almost 2 years ago before I got pregnant. I have been the same weight for the last 18 months. Something needs to change. Not sure if this is it or not but I can't seem to get anything moving. I…

Thank you for the encouragement! I will keep trying to be strong and make good choices. Good luck to you & your baby! :)

I drink a 32 oz cup of water while at work, 16 oz after I workout in the morning & then only water w/ dinner. So try to hit my 8 glass or more daily. I try to stay under 2,000 calories a day but I know I don't because of how I eat at night. BMR 2125.9. TDEE 3288

I have the FT60 and sometimes it does that if the battery is low. I have read mutliple places that if the battery is old & doesnt have th proper charge the strap & watch can't connect. I would change out the battery. When I first got mine I couldn't even do the fitness test. Come to find out my strap was bad. The service…

that is a really great idea. I have often thought maybe I need to eat a better afternoon snack so I'm not so hungry when I get home. thank you so much for the help & the compliment:)
-
you mean with my calories needed & burned totals? not sure how to recalculate.
-
Yea I haven't been very good about completeing that diary daily. I do it at work but then forget to add in dinner. So the totals on there aren't completely correct. I'm eating more than what is listed. I should keep better track of that maybe it is part of my problem and would give me a better idea of where I am going…

I am trying to eat more but I find that when I do eat more I gain. Maybe I am not eating more of the right things?
-
THAT IS SO TRUE!! I would just remember why you started this weightloss journey to begin with. And think 6 months from now how bad you will feel because you didn't push through. My motivation comes and goes on a daily basis but I know that if I don't keep going the only person I'm letting down is myself. I know I can't go…

I usually turn mine off after I'm done with my cooldown. As soon as I'm done with my last stretch, right before I get in the shower. :)

I'm not a beacon of healthy food eating but I did notice you don't eat very many fresh veggies & fruits. The fruit cups are full of sugar, and many of the meals you have are full of sodium & very processed. I make it a habit of packing my lunch & including 2 fruits & 2 veggies as snacks. I also put in there low sodium…

Thank you:) I walk during the day on both my breaks & for my entire 30 minute lunch break. Then when I get home I workout for 1 1/2 hours. I use my heart rate monitor to gage when I hit 1,000 calories. My workouts at home have lately included the Insanity program. It really gets my heart rate up. On my lower intensity days…
-
I have been doing the Insanity workout for a couple months now and I can totally relate to the soreness factor. It sucks for sure. I'm not sure when you do the actual workout whether it be morning or evening but something that I have found to help me is if I do light exercise during the day like walking just to loosen up…

Anything Britney Spears---especially Slave for you! Get's me pushing myself

I have found the best way to break a plateau is to change up your workouts & record your calories religously. I realized I was eating way too many calories I lowered it & the pounds fell off. On the other hand, I'm not sure how much you're eating/exercising or weigh but you might not be eating enough. Just some…

I love this & totally agree!

yes the HRM is set up for me w/ my current weight-sedentary-height. I only use it while exercising. My food diary is open to view. I was under the impression that 2,000 calories a day for someone my size is too low?

I was 414lbs 2 years ago & now I'm 337...long ways to go still. Add me:)

Anything chocolate speaks to me..especially BROWNIES w/ a scoop of ice cream...yummy

Do you have any swelling in your legs or lower body? A lot of times weight changes that drastic can be from edema which is swelling in your lower extremities. if it isn't problems with your scale you might want to check with a doctor just to be safe.

Richard Simmons is amazing! I have almost all his videos. I also have most of the Biggest Loser DVDs. They make a nice variety to choose from. I also do step aerobics with Cathae. They are intense. I have found that incorporating some of the P90x workouts into my routine increase my endurance & calorie burn:)

I have lost 72lbs so far and I do a combination of strength training and cardio. I find what works best for me is mixing up my routines. My body seems to work better when I challenge it. I also found that when I hit a plateau one of the only ways I can get out of it is to try a whole new workout routine. Plus it keeps me…
