I'm sorry, i just cant get my head around the idea that you need to eat more to lose weight. People may need to eat more in some cases for fitness and to feed their body properly etc but to lose weight it just does not add up. it takes time and perseverance, the less you have to lose the harder it is. "I'm close to giving up and eating whatever I want again." You might stop counting calories etc but your body wont, you either want to achieve this or you don't.

couple of years ago i started on here at 202 lbs and got down to 147.5 Can you guess at what point my belly looked the slightest bit different? The last 5 lbs. My body would rather eat its own foot than give up that belly fat.

Why would someone with an allergy to certain materials, wear such materials? Some deodorants give me a rash, guess what i don't wear.

I think the general qualifications are anything under morbidly obese and a bone structure that gives you said window. I have one, its where i keep my balls. Highly recommended.

They are idiots or at least very misguided. Even a pleasant stroll in my area leads to serious calorie burn and fitness increases, sure if you are strolling around a car park you wont achieve much but it still costs energy, no escaping the laws of thermodynamics. Nicely done, illness is the hardest time to keep within limits, either cant stomach it or want to eat all of the things. Today i havnt had a cigarette yet, thats something i suppose.
