That is exactly how I've done it, actually :D... however, I tend to like fruits and veggies and whole grains. But I know plenty of people who have eaten just "BAD FOODS" and lost weight staying under their calorie limit. I hope they will chime in on this. :]

Joico K-pak reconstruct conditioner. One bottle is 15 dollars BUT for it to do it's magic, I only use it twice a week, and use Dove cool moisture conditioner for the other days of the week. My hair is a dry frizz ball even when I don't wash it twice a day, and it has never felt silkier. Yummmmmy!
