I do pb everyday, low carb seems to be the only thing that works for me to lose weight, Im prediabetic and cant eat many carbs. I load up menu with nuts,PB, avocadoes,cream cheese, sour cream. i just found out im prediabetic and my doc sd all carbs turn to sugar. THat is why they put on weight so fast. I limit my carb intake to 180 grams a day. I eat minimal carbs though and i feel full. Welcome back. I just started program yesterday. I need to lose 80 lbs 60 would be great. But had health scare and do not have choice to be heavy anymore.
