Is the flat bread put into the oven right after it is prepared? And then taken out to add the chicken, tomatoe, etc - then placed back in for 20 minutes? Recipe sounds AMAZING! I'll have to try it out! Thanks for posting

Holy Cow :noway: - I just changed my settings in my Food Diary to add Sugar and Sodium (which I havent been tracking so far - but have been staying within my limit for Cal, Carb, Fat, and Prot) and I am over on both for today - like way over. I guess that probably where I am going wrong. I figured if I was in my limit for…

I've been doing this routine for about 2.5 weeks. I'll think I'll keep at it and another week and half or so (to total a month), then I'll change it up. My gym offers a couple circuit training classes - so I'll check those out, and I REALLY should get some type of DVD, for those days that I have to drag myself to the gym.…

I try to eat most of my workout calories, but sometimes I'm really not hungry for all of them and I dont want to eat them if I'm not hungry (although i would have NO problem doing it:laugh: )

I'm probably just being impatient then... lol I want to see results from it all!!! But it has only been a few weeks... i'll keep at it and we'll see what happens:smile:

I've been at this for a few weeks now and am wondering if my exercise routine is enough. I rarely feel sore or even worn out, even if I up my intesity. Here is what a typical week looks like: Monday: Step and Strength class - 40 minutes cardio, 20 minutes with dumbells (working legs or arms, and abs). Then Dance Practice…

I don't really try to burn a certain limit... its anywhere from 300's-700's depending on the day. Some days are heavier than others. This morning I did 45 minutes of Step Aerobics, along will a few laps around the track (When I logged that into MFP it was about 425 cals). I plan on doing some walking today as well for…

It might not be quite as bad as you think. We have a popcorn machine here at work and used pre-packaged supplies from PopWeaver - combination of Coconut Oil and Kernels. It comes out to be 35 calories a cup - popped. So for 5 cups that would be about 175 cals. a box. But - it all depends on what the corn is being popped…

My family (mom dad and myself) started our own version of Biggest Loser. We are doing it over a 3.5 month period and, like the show, who ever loses the largest percent of body weight is the winner. We each paid in $50 when we began and winner takes all. So my question is... My Dads starting weight was ~ 230, Moms was ~…

 Today was the first time I made myself get up to workout in the morning before work. I usually workout at night after work, but at that time all I really want to do is go home so it's not as enjoyable. I'm really glad I got up this morning. I went to a new Step Interval class and really enjoyed it. I feel like I…
