The 6 large and 12 small are based off of either a 6 place muffin pan or a 12 place muffin/cupcake pan. Hope that helps :smile:

PB2 is a powdered peanut butter, lower in calories and fat, but still a similar taste :). You can find it at GNC or on Amazon.

PB2 is a powdered peanut butter, you mix a couple tbsp of it with 1 tbsp of water and it forms peanut butter. Or you can use just the powder for baking or in protein shakes, etc. Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the cholesterol content. Sorry!!

Made these last night using the PB2 in place of peanut butter and they taste just the same! I ended up adding another 1/4 cup of oats, making it 1.5 cups total and cal count came out to be 140 for 1 large one.

I have used onion soup mix with baked diced potatoes. Dice potatoes, then coat with a tiny bit of olive oil and mix in the onion soup packet. Bake at 400 for about 35 minutes, or until soft all the way through.
