Sleep in your workout clothes....have an automatic coffee pot brewing just prior to your alarm...go to bed early. .. Make sure you want to do it! I can only workout if I do it first thing in the am but I know thats not for everyone!

I think six weeks could work bc most plans have one long run a week and it gets one mile further every week...if you are at 6 miles...and then weeks 1-6 your long run would be 7-8-9-10-11-12...you'd actually be at a good point! ^this! And try moving your meals around...if you normally have a big dinner and small breakfast...switch it up..eat a large breakfast and smaller meals thru out the day. Check the lanÉls abd shop around! I've found some (the ones that tend to be aimed towards women in my opinion) have an unreasonable amount of sugar and carbs. That's my indication of whether or not it's a "good" powder!
