...To track your runs/walks/jogs/skips.. I use the mapmyrun app on my phone...but it's not always completely reliable! What do you use? How well does it work? Is it pricey?! Thanks! :)

How many dang calories in this?!
I get so confused over things like sweet potatos! I measured it PRE-COOKING (7.1 OZ or 200 G) then I took off the skin and measured it on my plate- 4.1OZ/ 115 g! I am getting anywhere from 110 calories to 180 calories! I know 70 doesn't seem like a big difference...but I'm trying really hard here! What do you all think?!

Quinoa?
A friend today recommend I try quinoa! I told him I don't know if I could replace my beloved daily oatmeal---but I purchased it! I know it can be eaten in many different ways...just wondering.. What are YOUR favorite ways to cook/eat quinoa?
