  • Greetings fellow fitters -- I am back after a break. Soon to be 51, I worked MFP & Fitbit last year and dropped 25 lbs. I have a seasonal job that keeps me active so with 4-6000 cal burns a day and 8+ hours of intense physical work, I quit tracking my food -- I couldn't eat enough to keep up -- and my exercise. Me, I'm cutting down a 50 ft. spruce tree and processing it for firewood -- that's my workout today.....
  • I put it on a small corn tortilla-- a low cal snack but watch out if you are tracking sodium-- those little wedges have a good dose of it!! But, what cheese doesn't ??? The tradeoff for being a cheese head!!
