I use the fitbit and love it. It's very motivating to me to have small goals set like on the fitbit. 10,000 steps a day, 10 flights of stairs a day, 5 miles walked a day...etc. I'm 39 for 5 more months! I've had mine for just a week and am loving it so for. It actually makes me move more in order to meet my daily goals. It's a purchase worth while.

I also have a very long day with little to no time for exercise. I've made a couple of changes that are helping me. I started parking further away from work. Instead of a 2 minute walk to the office from the parking garage, I now park a 10 minute walk away, and also upped the speed I walk in order to make the 10 minutes…

I also have PCOS and was prescribed Metformin. We had tried getting pregnant for 2 years before I went to the Dr. to find out why it wasn't happening. I would only get my period once every 4 months and it would last 10-18 days each time. I was told with the Metformin it should aid in weight loss along with cause ovulation…

It makes sense. I notice when I stop drinking diet soda that my joints don't hurt as much. Could be that I'm drinking a lot more water but I see the correlation.
