  • I find oatmeal fills me up and is quite nutritious. I just put half a cup of old fashioned oatmeal and just under a cup of milk in a bowl, microwave for 2-2.5 minutes and it is ready. To make it sweeter you can add raisins/cranberries/sliced banana...whatever works for you really.
