I am not entirely sure it is 100% accurate, but when I did shred a long time ago I put it in as circuit training. You are probably buring more calories then the circuit training figures on here, but I doubt you are buring less if you are going at the video full tilt. Worked for me anyway and I still lost! I'm in too! CW: 173 GW: 140 Small goals: to fit into my "skinny" jeans before Christmas, to walk 5k 4 times a week, to get to the gym at least twice a week Sept 15 is my 30th birthday so it is a great day to start making a big change!

I will be 30 in September, goal is down 30 by 30 (hopefully more, but down 40 by 30 isn't as catchy). LOL! Need to be healthy so that 30 isn't as daunting. Not sure how I feel about it yet, but I am sure as September approaches the number might freak me out a little, but it is just a number and I hope to look and feel…

SW: 167 CW: 163.5 GW: 130 I have only been at this a couple weeks but really hoping to be at my goal weight by the end of summer! I am 5'1" and I am sure once I get to 130 I might want to lose a bit more, but will get there first!

Just click on the person's name in blue on the screen and then it asks you if you want to add as a friend or send a message. Click add friend, write a note with it if you wish and then it will send a request to the person! I will add you as I am new here too! :smile:

Once a week for tracking purposes, but often more then that to see where I am at. As I start out AGAIN on this endeavour I promise myself that although weight loss is the ultimate goal, I won't focus too much on the numbers as long as I am feeling and looking better because muscle weighs more then fat!
