I will marinade mine in zesty italian dressing overnight. Also put 1 tsp taco seasoning on each chicken breast, then 1/4 cup salsa on each breast, cook in oven. Also put chicken breasts in a pie dish and pour a can of diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, and oregano put them in the oven.

I LOVE Shakeology and I do not sell it! Do you need it for weight loss/meal replacement? NO I love the energy it gives me, low sugar, tons of vitamins, and does keep me "regular". I however do not use it as a meal replacement, I usually drink it in the afternoon as a snack!

I use a HRM. I am doing the kickstart workouts right now, and doing them back to back. I am 5'2, 127 lbs, and 30 years old. Yesteray I burned 586 during my workout. I LOVE my HRM and would definitely considering purchasing one if I was you!

Glad to have other's starting the same time as me!! I started yesterday, and will be doing the Kickstart, both workouts in the PM. Also will not be following the diet, 1200 calories would be low for me, especially since I burned over 600 with the workout. Plan on eating 1400-1500 calories!

Just 150 seemed like a lot to me, and increasing carbs to 100 would actually be an increase for me.
