I looked at your pictures, and I didn't think you are bulky AT ALL!! Are those recent pictures? I agree that you are not going to bulk up eating 900 calories per day either! Is that your norm?

I use a HRM!! I am 31, 124 pounds, 5'1, and I burned around 240 w/ level 1, 260 w/ level 2, and 225 now in level 3.

That's actually the day I was going to start, well the 24th!! I have done it before and loved it. Took some time off and decided to start with Shred before Ripped. It's okay but nothing like Ripped. Excited to do it again! I am on level 3 of Shred now, and will do that until next Fri

If I don't have a fever then I push through it and workout! Most of the time it does help me feel better. If it's just a cold then that could last several weeks, and I personally wouldn't want to be down that long. Increase your vitamin C, cut out dairy, rest as much as you can, and push through the workouts.

Why aren't you taking rest days?? Your body needs time to rest and recover! Your body may be fatiqued which will slow your progress. I definitely notice more results from Ripped in 30, which I plan on doing again after the Shred, but I have noticed results. Good luck!

I am currently doing the shred and have gained 2 pounds. However I am noticing my clothes fitting better. I have done the ripped in 30 before, and loved it. Got much better results with that one! Decided to do the shred first then the ripped. If you don't feel you are losing inches either then maybe try ripped.
