Try before you buy using your loca library. Mine doesn't have the big, expensive programs like Insanity and P90X, but they have a good selection. It's also a nice way to keep variety in a workout, epecially if you get in a rut. YouTube also has some great stuff.

I love the older Tae Bo ones for cardio. Both Billy Blanks and Denise Austin. I also have Atletica. That one is tough. But you can do it in chunks. The menu makes it easy. I recently got a Spartacus workout and have looked it over. Looks tough. But is in 3 20 minute workouts. I love to change it up. I have one of the Jillian Michael Yoga DVD's. She is fun and tough. You can do the beginner versions of any DVD.

Hope these give you some ideas.

I'm loving the Rockin' Body set....also, Walk Away the Pounds, and though it sounds cheesy and old fashioned, Sweatin' to the Oldies with Richard Simons is a great workout.

I am a huge Jillian Michaels fan. I would try her Ripped in 30 or her Shred It
