even though it's May, I live way up north and was not on yesterday as I had furnace issues. I jog/walked combo 2 miles yesterday morning and did T25 Dynamic Core today. Yesterday was pretty tough...

So I have officially finished A;pha & Beta! Total Weight Loss - 7lbs, 14 oz Total inches lost - 8.5! I did beta upper focus today, and for the next month or so, I will probably do Upper Focus, Lower Focus and Dynamci Core alternating with a run every other day - I am trying to get that 5k in 30 minutes! and I am not there…

T25 rip'd circuit done!!! yay, baby! and I did a 30 second side plank and 5 hip ups on each side - these are really difficult for me, so I have been trying to add them in and today I DID IT!!!! :noway:

I completely understand! My nutrition starts well, then I dont have a morning snack and then I pig out the rest of the day! Ugh! My eating is my downfall right now.....:explode:

I ran a 5k on Saturday!!! then I ran Monday, but struggled. Today was a Rip'd Circuit and it was tough gut great! That last minute sets your abs on FIRE!

I wear Souceny (sp?) and was fitted at a running store as well. I have super high arches and tend towards plantar fasciatis and would never consider anything else. They are more expensive and I average 2 pair per year but it is well worth it..

I am on week 3 of Beta - it is going pretty good - I still do modifieds. I am looking forward to re-starting Alpha and dropping the modifieds. It takes determination for sure. I had thought I would have a partner,and that didn't happen so now it's all on me. I have lost @ 7 lbs and 7 inches.

chest - 37 - same waist - 33 hips - 41 arms 11 thigh - 20 weight - 167 this week my weight is the same - but since the last time I measured, I am down 2.5 inches!!! I have the start comparison, so will post that later.

I am trying to work up to a 5k. I started doing both C25K and T25 at the same time + weights 2x per week, It was too much! So now I run 2x per week and weights 1 time per week + T25 and that seems to be a much better balance for me. It is still pretty tough and I usually sleep very well.

ok, I haven't posted for a couple days but I did do T25 every day! I did Rip'd and dynamic core. Today is Cardio. I also ran 2.65 miles this morning. I have been pretty busy - my husband is sick and diagnosed w/ pnuemonia and we had the entire fire depaprtment at our house...yikes! All is well - husband getting better and…

welcome I am on week 2 of beta and loving it - but it is still beating me up pretty good.

I am in beta - down 7 lbs and at least 7 inches - I like it. It is definitely a challenge.

I understand - I get that way too - so I treat myself to a walk, or light yoga or something that is non taxing....then I can say I did something....

I am current on week 2 of the Beta cycle and loving it! feel free to add - I am also in a group T25 Focus 2014 that has a lot of interaction and the members are at variious different places! :smile:
