How do you break out of a plateau?
I wasn't sure where to put this post, so I stuck it here. Now, to tell you a little about my plateau - I lost @ 30 lbs with diet and exercise. I ended up losing my gallbladder due to health reasons and had to stop the exercise. I weighed 172. I had some high stress (my mom was terminal and passed away) and here I am. At @…
