i'm 5'3 and my goal first and foremost is 140. I have big boobs so i want to see what will happen with those first. lol Right now i'm at 154.

I use the 1 minute quick oats, add 1 scoop of the Muscle Milk Light Vanilla protein powder and almonds, and it tastes delicious to me. The consistency is fine too.

i get a bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, chicken, pico de gallo, tomatillo salsa, and lots of lettuce. I eat half usually for lunch and then the other half for dinner! 260 calories each meal.

Make an omelette with veggies and some kind of meat, like chicken or turkey. Or even a frittata. You can make it ahead and bring it in for lunch, and it has double the protein with both eggs and meat, and only carbs from the veggies.

Just like ANY other muscle...it will not GROW unless your eating a surplus of calories ALONG with the heavy lifting. But it will not just grow there, you will get bigger every where else also.

Gym!!! I am not motivated at home....as that is where my bed is, HA! At the gym, I have access to so many different weights and machines. I've also met some really amazing people at the gym who have the same goals in mind and interests and have became my really good friends!

i am a 34F, which is pretty much the same as 36DDD so i get them at Lane Bryant and they fit perfectly.

How long have you been doing the insanity workout? You tend to burn less calories the more your body gets used to a workout.
