    i'm going to do BB hip thrusts. i haven't done them in months, but they are one of my favorite exercises :)
    and thinking about my next lifting cycle doesn't hurt either :D

    I'm wearing a suit I haven't worn in 5 years.

    It's the long weekend!

    No swimming lessons, gymnastics, soccer, dancing, etc. for my daughters tomorrow so we don't have to rush out of the house in the morning.

    And to celebrate Canada Day a bit early, I'm off to have some poutine for lunch!

    It's the simple things today, I caught my foot in the door over an old injury and it only bruised this time instead of drawing blood... that made me amazingly happy because I had my hands full of coffee cups at the time :laugh:

    I cleaned my whole house this week and it looks awesome.
    I had a 4 lb loss this week.
    I changed the battery in my beeping fire alarm this morning and, for once, it was relatively easy to do.
    And, my favorite, my boyfriend and I are having lots of serious wedding/ marriage talks. :love:
