  • Insanity is a high intense interval training(HIIT), you are doing HIIT workouts for up to 45mins a day. It's a 60 day program created by beachbody. It's all cardio base and you use your own body far for resistance. It's a great workout and you do feel stronger and see results in thoses 60 days!

  • I have heard great things about it! The les mills pump from beachbody has had great results and everyone I know that's doing it loves it. The only bad thing I heard was about the clips and how they are really hard to get on. A lot of people said that after. The first couple workouts they will get looser.
  • In order to get a flat stomach you have to eat really clean. Cut all bad fat outta your diet. And if you follow the p90x nutrition guide you will get the flat stomach, if you don't then you will see inches fly off but may not get the results you want
  • We haven't had much success either. I cut alcohol, soda, sugar, and only eat chicken breast with once a week red meat. Cutting out all fast food and trying to drink a lot more water! Hoping for me that losing at least 15lb will be a good start to a healthier me!!

  • I would go for p90x especially I you want to Tone up since its a strength training program. I did an I saw a big difference with the toning, insanity you can tone but you would probably get better results for toning with p90x
