Thank you for all your advice! I have cut soda out from 5 days a week to maybe 1 a week. I used to be a Starbucks freak but now that has stopped since we just moved to a new state that has just 1 starbucks. I am all about counting calories and I use MFP to the fullest. I will definately try the changes to my work outs.…
