Hey! It's great to see all the wonderful results that the people on this thread has had through TurboFire. I've had TF for a while now but never fully committed to the program. I'm starting Day 1 today (7/29, Mon) and I'm so excited! :) Here we go!

My trigger food is sweets >.< It's so hard to stop once I have one Nutella dipped apple slice! I usually get myself to stop by looking at how many calories nutella has, then I'm like, "OMG! I need to stop!" Lol. But yeah, It's super hard!

I went on the Slim Fast 3-2-1 plan last summer and I lost a bunch of weight! I was also exercising everyday so It wasn't just the lower calorie intake. In my experience with slim fast, I remember being hungry a lot but I couldn't eat. But I stuck to it and lost weight. I still have shakes for breakfast and sometimes lunch…

Probably. As for myself, I like being organized and I like to be in control. hehe. But honestly, I don't really care for math and science is kind of hard for me :P But I definitely love MFP!

I agree, some people are putting ridiculous numbers. I want to get an HRM to see the exact amount of calories I burn, but they're so pricey :/ Anyways, agreed! Only a couple of my friends exaggerate the amount of calories burned.

Hello and welcome back to MFP! :) I'd say just try to get in any kind of workout as much as you can (daily, if possible). Be consistent with logging your food onto here and stay within your calorie goal. Added you as a friend to help motivate you! We can lose weight together! :D
