I usually go off what the package says in the Nutrition Info. For example, I have frozen broccoli that says 20 calories per 1 cup frozen OR 2/3 cup steamed. If it doesn’t specify, I measure after it’s cooked.😄

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you! I used to be so committed, then I just lost motivation. I'm back and ready to do work! I'm trying to cut sugar out of my diet as much as possible and trying to workout at least 5 days a week. Feel free to add me so we can support each other! :)

For myself, it's when I start panting and have difficulty breathing. But at the same time, sometimes I think it's psychological because some days, I seem to be able to run a lot longer than other days. My body's just a roller-coaster :tongue:

Made some Iced Pumpkin Cookies and Cupcakes from scratch last night since I still had canned pumpkin puree from the holidays. Turned out soo yummy & moist! :tongue:

Some people are just so rude and have absolutely no filter for what comes out of their mouths! One time I was hanging with an old friend, and she poked my belly and said, "You jiggle like Jell-o." April 30th, 2014 Heyy! So today I took it easy since I did total body resistance training last night. This morning I did Pilates for an hour then walked for another hour :) Hope you all had a good day!

Hey y'all! This is a great idea; more motivation to get my workout in everyday :D So today (4/29/14) I attended a TurboKick class and then a weight lifting class at the gym. Altogether burned 857 calories per my Polar HRM. I am hurrrtinn' xD Good job, guys!
