For myself, I love the gym! I usually only go to the classes (kickboxing, yoga, zumba, etc) and get on the elliptical, bike, or treadmill. BUT I never go into the weight-lifting room. Not sure about "for the rest of my life," but I'm trying a vegan diet at the moment. :tongue: I feel healthy so far! If I ever need more protein, I add in some protein powder.

Try eating healthy before you go. And if you can fit in a morning workout, do it so that you have some wiggle room. And when you're there drink lots of water and remember to eat the food in moderation :)

If I reach my calorie goal and It's too late to exercise but I still want to snack on something, I grab some fruit! :smile: I get a handful of blueberries or some dried fruit snack or apples.. yummy.

If she made a drastic change to her diet, I don't see why she couldn't have lost weight at that rate. Her weight loss was at 2.5 lb down per week, and I have been losing 2 lb/week and I'm not morbidly obese. You can't "assume" someone has an ED just because what they eat and how much weight they're losing.

I disagree. Everyone has different bodies that react different from others. You don't know how fast or slow someones weight loss will be.

I just got some Soy Protein powder from GNC. Two bags were only $24! :D They have vanilla, chocolate, and unflavored. It's dairy-free and 25g protein per 1 scoop. Love it! Other dairy-free protein powders were there too but they were expensive.
