Hi Obreezes..... I agree, after realizing so many don't have the education before VSG surgery and have a much harder time acclimating. I pretty much knew what to expect, and glad I had the nutrional information to help guide me. How are you doing? When did you have your surgery?

Reduced fat Triscuit crackers (naturally whole grain) 120 calories for 7 - topped with Laughing Cow spread - 35 calories. This is such a great snack - sometimes I have this when I get home from work to settle me down before I start preparing dinner.

I'm 4'11" - been a shorty all my life. I had a high weight of almost 280 this summer. I started my weight loss journey in late August and I'm now 248...it takes time, but I'm feeling GREAT!!
