I have it... It give a lot more details on reports ie: how you rank against people of a similar age, gender, activity level. It also offers a training plan that weekly amps up your activity goals over a 12 week period. I like it, but I like a lot of detail. If you just are looking to increase your activity level in general…

I would go with soup, but if you're having that for lunch and don't want a repeat, I would think anything you can stomach... grilled cheese, toast, crackers etc...

I like to make a BLT salad with avocado. Also, tossing shredded chicken in bbq sauce and serving with ranch dressing over lettuce is delicious too.

I go with homemade 95% of the time. I think the food I cook tastes better than a lot of restaurant food (especially chain restaurants).

It really depends on how the meat is prepared, but typically a street taco is a little less than 200 calories each.

I had a southwest hummus wrap (black bean hummus, corn, peppers etc).

Almond meal can be used to substitute anything with breadcrumbs. I use it all the time. In meatballs or meatloaf, I have never been able to notice a difference in texture or flavor. It works great as breading too.

Peanut butter and strawberries sound great! Never even thought of it!

I wouldn't log it... maybe the cornstarch if you're watching carbs, but otherwise a portion's calories would be negligible.

I am glad that I don't live in the northeast though... I'll take a Colorado winter everytime!

I usually eat a half an english muffin with cream cheese and some smoked salmon about 1 hour pre-workout and then either a protein shake or just go right into lunch depending on the time.

Since we're getting some more weather in this weekend (Colorado), black bean soup or chili I think will be on the menu this weekend!

I don't necessarily believe in having breakfast everyday, but I usually find myself being hungry about 2 hours after I wake (and try and eat lightly about 1 hour before I work out).

This looks fabulous!

We bought some thin mints and samoas. So far they have survived since Saturday, so I am pretty happy with that! Making it work into my calories!

I have left over flank steak right now! I made steak and eggs wrapped in a tortilla for breakfast and will probably do a steak salad with corn and black beans for lunch.

OP, you are awesome. I started reading and noticed that you were the OP and thought... This does NOT sound like Jof! Lol... And good for you on reviving the zombie!

I've done Jenny Craig multiple times. The first time I was 18 and had a great counselor. I lost about 50 lbs, but as soon as I started eating regular food again, the weight came back on. It never taught me anything unfortunately. It is also expensive, worked out to be like $400/month for just the pre-packaged foods and…

I don't use a meal planning program, but I have heard that Plan to Eat is a great site. Here's the link... http://www.plantoeat.com/
