I know what you mean! I came across a recipe for roasted radishes. What?? I am going to give them a try. Supposedly delicious.

Really all the cheese! But I have been loving aged gouda lately!

A crucial part of surgery is the malabsorbtion that comes with most bariatric surgery. That plays a VERY large role in the weight loss. If you just eat the tiny amount that most patients eat, you will be very hangry. Best just to find a reasonable deficit and take your time losing weight.

I had always been so afraid of trying yoga. I had tried doing videos and just didn't feel the connection. This last summer I started going to classes. Now I am up to 2-3x per week and I feel great! My form has improved so much and I have found having the personal attention of a teacher to be invaluable.

Also push ups against the wall are a good place to start. As far as planks you can go on your elbows and even use your knees.

I have problems with my wrist as well. It's from a shoulder and elbow injury and my PT says the wrist pain is coming from trying to compensate. Anyway, she gave me 2 balls to use that actually help! Much improvement in any body weight (burpees, push-ups, plank, down-dog etc) exercise. I roll a little ball (like 2x the size…

Cheeze-its are my kryptonite... I actually like the reduced fat ones. They are less greasy. Dang it, now I want some cheeze-its.

Pappardelle with Meat Sauce.

I am sorry you had an accident and am glad you are ok! I would plan on eating at maintenance until you are recovered.

I look to cook plain chicken and then toss it in Franks or BBQ sauce or even pesto...

Last night I made Filet Mignon with a balsamic reduction and served with crab legs. I made a compound butter for the steak as well. It was decadent. Valentine's Day came early. When I've made this before, I served with roasted potatoes and green beans instead of the crab legs. So delicious! If I was doing 3 courses, I…

Skinnytaste is great. I also get inspiration from Organize yourself skinny. If you like grain free, Against all grain and Elena's Pantry are great too.

I typically make a large batch of chicken breasts over the weekend and then use them throughout the week for lunches mostly, but sometimes dinners. Lately I've been tossing shredded chicken in buffalo sauce or bbq sauce over a salad. They are also great to make chicken salad sandwiches, chicken quesadillas, chicken…

Bacon, sausage, avocado, spinach and mushrooms etc. I have recently been having a fried egg with smoked salmon and an arugula salad on the side.

We have a lot going on this week, so we're doing our Valentine's Day dinner early. Filet Mignon with balsamic reduction and crab legs...

I am always a little leary of alternative methods, but some of it is pretty interesting. I am a fan of massage and chiropractic. I have recently tried rolfing and have experienced some relief from a shoulder injury. Meh, I don't know...

Zombie thread! I love Mondays...

I like eggs all ways! I do use a little milk when making scrambled eggs or omelets. I find that it helps them stay fluffy. Also, always cooked in butter!

I eat a salad almost every day for lunch. There is usually ALOT of chicken going on. So when I need to mix it up I sometimes take leftovers and use that as my protein. For example, made a rib eye the other night and then then next day I used the steak on arugula with balsamic dressing. If we had ground beef tacos,…

I have a Nutri-Ninja. It has both blender and food processor attachment plus cups to make smoothies to go. It's pretty powerful. I can use it for just about anything including doughs. I think my fiance paid $120 for it.

I have found that Bolthouse Farms brand is really tasty. You can find in the refrigerated case in produce. They are yogurt based and usually run about 40 calories per serving. The only creamy dressing I make on my own is with the Hidden Valley packets. You can make that light by using skim milk and light mayo.

You could use greek yogurt. Also avocado would be good.

Any dairy (especially cheese or butter) and bacon.

Yey! I love this thread!

Yes. You can log your intake in your food diary. I've never noticed any container size, so you would have to do it by servings or ounces.

I have the same problem. They only thing that has helped me is to go to the recipe tab and look for the recipe if I made it recently. That doesn't allow me to see the recipe though.

I like Against All Grain (great ideas for main meals), skinny taste, and Organize yourself skinny,.

There is a note section (not sure you can access from the app, but it is on the desktop version). Also, there is a logging app called MealLogger- you just take pictures of your meals, so you can see what you ate. Also, some flares may not show up immediately. It could take as long as 24 hours for something to show.

I have one of these too! It's perfect for preventing soggy lettuce. They make a sandwich version too that keeps everything separate.
