What time should I be there?

Greek yogurt is great! Also, using smashed avocado instead of mayo in tuna salad or on other sandwich wraps. If Hellmans is your favorite though, I have found the light version to be the least objectionable.

Slim Fast and the Military Diet. I also remember some dumb diet that consisted of red beans and rice.... There may have been other things, but all I remember is the beans and rice.... and more beans and rice. The only good thing that came out of that was that I learned different ways to make rice...

I have found them in the regular dairy section and also the specialty cheese section in the deli. You do have to look for them!

I made this recently... Bomb... I have to agree OP. You probably should get some help.

This morning I had a half an english muffin with chive and onion cream cheese with a little smoked salmon. Sometimes I have greek yogurt with berries and granola, peanut butter or avocado toast or even eggs. One of my favorite recipes recently has been a fried egg with a little arugula salad with avocado and dressed with…

Check out Pinterest. Also there are some great blogs out there. Organize Yourself Skinny, Skinnytaste. And on the recipe board, there are some good recipes too.

I don't think theres anything wrong with Jif! It's my favorite... I manage to avoid PB for the most part... Unless it's on a half an english muffin before I work out. B)

I just log it...

Both of the things you ate before your attacks are not low fat and could be what triggered them... You should probably take it easy on fats until you can do the surgery.

I made spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of garlic bread... So much yum!

I don't think chili is bad for dieting at all! What you are describing sounds like a well rounded chili that is full of great nutrition... Turkey is lower in fat, so you may lower your overall calories from there. I would worry more about any toppings you add like sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips etc. before I would…

I would go with raw, local honey. It's worth the calories for what you're using it for. Xylitol is a sugar alcohol and upsets some people's tummies...

One of my favorites is banana, frozen mixed berries, kale and chocolate protein powder with unsweetened vanilla almond milk (no need for ice). When I was actually juicing, I loved kale, apple and cucumber. So simple, but really delicious.

You can enter all the items individually and then save it as a meal so you don't have to enter them all again or create a recipe. I usually only do a recipe if it's more than one serving.

I log my bootcamp class as circuit training. The burn seems much higher than what I work (especially on non-cardio days), so I usually only eat a portion back.

I learned how to cook from Rachael Ray too! But after I started actually cooking her recipes (they are way too overseasoned for me), I became a much bigger fan of Giada DeLaurentis and Ina Garten. They are my favorites now!

I have been using small plates for a long time. It really does a great job of visually tricking me!
-
It depends on what it was and how hungry I am... MFP notoriously over estimates calorie burns, so caution is a good idea (half is a good rule of thumb)

Thank you!

I have the same thing. I determined it is a mild lactose intolerance. I can handle fermented dairy and hard cheeses fine. I hurt a bit with too much sour cream, cream cheese, string cheese etc... So sad! So since I really only use milk in protein shakes, I replaced with unsweetened almond milk.

I only log things that are purposeful exercise (circuit training, kickboxing, yoga, hike etc), otherwise it's all regular activity. I may make an exception for something out of the normal like snow shoveling though... that's hard work!

I have been talking in my head about starting C25K for the last year. So far I haven't done it. It's super snowy out and I am reluctant to attempt to run on the roads in this weather. I do have a treadmill, but I am unclear, am I running and walking at the same pace or do I have to mess with the speed every time? Any…
