That looks delicious!

I found this recipe right away. I would leave out some of the option ingredients if you don't have them available. It looks like it would be simple. http://www.food.com/recipe/easy-wonton-soup-216505

I think there are a lot of excellent ways to make your salad better (see above), but I think that since you don't care for vegetables... skip it. Eat what you like in your calorie goals.

I had the same thing happen to me. My old scales batteries had started to die and when I replaced them I was 15lb heavier than I thought. So frustrating. Because of that I am barely weighing myself at all anymore and just using measurements to evaluate progress.

Thank you for making me literally laugh out loud...

Yoga will absolutely help with flexibility!

I think the make ahead plan is probably best for you! The egg muffins and breakfast sandwiches are so easy to prepare and reheat. The great thing about the muffins is that you can really mix up the toppings to add variety. Greek yogurt and berries are one of my go to breakfasts as well. I also read a blog the other day…

I used a whole cut up chicken last night. Chicken Chili Verde. Season the chicken with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in skillet. Put in crock pot with 2 cups of favorite green salsa. Cook on low 8 hours. So delicious! Here's a link: http://www.cookingforbabe.com/2014/11/chicken-chili-verde.html

I often work out more than once per day. My routine often is Bootcamp then yoga then personal training on one day and then Bootcamp, kickboxing and personal training on another.

I try and make my own dressings every week. Usually ranch and balsamic vinaigrette. I made a yummy avocado dressing a few weeks ago. Really easy to throw together. As far as store bought dressings, I bought a Cilantro Avocado dressing from Bolthouse that was very yummy. Also, there is an all natural brand called Tessamae…

I have been on a huge salad kick lately. I usually cook up a batch of chicken over the weekend and then shred. Then daily, I mix different sauces over the chicken like bbq sauce, buffalo sauce etc. Then add other fun toppings and change the dressing up. Today I am having a Chicken BLT salad with Creamy Avocado dressing. So…

Sorry, that wasn't clear! This is a method for doing early in the week and then heating up in the morning. :D

Try this! Super easy and you can take a cooked egg and add it onto your own english muffin at home. Just heat up! Also, this recipe is so versatile you can add lots of different stuff! 1. Spray a muffin pan with some non-stick cooking spray. 2. Throw in Spinach if desired 3. Crack one egg into each well. 4. Sprinkle the…

I made a BLT chicken salad for lunch today. It was delicious. I used bacon from breakfast and crumbled over romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes and chicken that I had pre-cooked. I then served with a homemade creamy avocado dressing. Simple and delicious! 340 calories

If you use a lot of recipes from websites you can also just copy and paste the URL into the title line in recipe builder and "most" of the time all the ingredients transfer over and you can make adjustments from there. Makes it super easy and quick!

I log it as circuit training since that's the closest to what we do... Some of my workouts are more cardio based and others are more strength. So I try and be careful how much I eat back on strength days. A HRM is probably a good idea (if your heart rate is raised for a sustained period of time).

I've been practicing yoga for a few months now. I feel the exact same way! My yoga instructor even complimented my improved form last week. That was pretty awesome!

I've gotten emotional in yoga a couple times (it makes me feel so accomplished and peaceful). And I often go for walks when I am upset to clear my head. I've been that girl walking with tears running down her face!

Even if your thyroid is measuring in the normal range, it still could be causing a problem. Additionally, your adrenals and Vitamin D levels could be an issue as well.

I am not a believer in meal replacement shakes. However, I do use the protein powder as a post-workout snack. It's the tastiest I've come accross

I regularly read skinnytaste, organizeyourselfskinny, againstallgrain, and elanaspantry.

I use Juice Plus as either a breakfast meal replacement or a post workout meal. I too keep it pretty simple, often just using a shaker cup. But some days it's worth busting out the immersion blender and blitzing the shake with banana or some berries. Very delicious!

That sounds fantastic! I have recently discovered mashing red potatoes. Can't wait to try it!
