I have noticed this sometimes too OP. What I do is rinse and DRY the lettuce really well and store it separately from all the other add ins which I have chopped and put in containers. This works for getting through it the entire week. If it's just for the day ie: taking for lunch, I just keep the dressing separate from the…

I do bootcamp a few times a week. It is really hard and kicks my butt everytime! The gym I go to focuses only on women. I love this because it has really created a wonderful sense of community. While I wouldn't call it "fun" I always feel great after. Good luck!

I have the same situation with my fiancé. He's an electrician also. Luckily, most of the time he does have access to a microwave. We did the sandwich thing for a while but he too got sick of them. One idea is to get a insulated lunch bag and that will do a great job of keeping things coo (with an icepack)l. On the warm…

I still lurk on Facebook quite a bit. I am doing an experiment though. I am trying to not "like" anything on page to see if it changes my timeline (that's really hard by the way). Here is the link to the article that gave me the idea!…

That looks about right for using low fat buttermilk. It's roughly 120 calories (2 TBSP) using whole milk and mayonnaise

Maybe look at your calorie goal as a weekly total? Then you can adjust for things like this as your week goes on.

For greens, I love to sauté them. Other veggies are great roasted in olive oil and some spices! Changed my whole opinion of brussel sprouts!

The MFP recipe builder is pretty good. Especially when importing recipes.... so much faster than entering manually!

I meal plan pretty much every week and use left overs for lunches. I don't usually do all the prep ahead of time unless its a crockpot meal. My breakfasts are usually pretty simple (yogurt and berries), lunches are left overs and dinners are usually whatever I've planned ahead. On the leftover lunches I usually try and do…

In the mornings I use Lancôme foaming cleanser followed by a spray toner and moisturizer and eye cream. At night I use Neutragena cleansing wipes and a night time moisturizer and serum. Twice per week I also exfoliate (usually in the morning) and also use a hydrating mask (usually at night before bed). I also get facials…

I have issues with fatigue as well and was diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency. I would suggest giving that some time to work (you said you've only been supplementing for a short time right?). It took a while for me to notice the difference. You also may consider getting your adrenals checked. It's my understanding that…

I LOVE avocado!!! My favorite way to eat is mashed onto toast with salt and pepper. I also dice it up and use it in salads, in omelets and even just plain as a side with some cottage cheese. Yesterday I made a fantastic avocado and shrimp salad with lime juice, red onion, tomato and jalapeno. Delicious!
