Having the time off is great! I didn't like doing it everyday the first time, but did it to say I could/did. I have had two days off so far. One by choice the other I just couldn't find time to do it. I'm going to try and just get it in on the weekdays and try to Saturday. That way I don't get burnt out. I did start…

Lynette just stay positive!! You can do this. I never did exercise before doing the shred. Well I did go to the gym for about a week before starting to use the treadmill, but not actual exercises. It was tough. I pushed through and now I do my treadmill and shred just about every morning. I don't think i will be doing it…
