When I'm at the gym I'm pretty focused at what I have to do for the day. A simple smile or hi is cool but trying to talk to me as I'm jogging going 5 mph is a distraction. And the trainers at the gym always try to sell me personal training packages, is that a sign that my work outs isn't working?
