• I just don't understand why people are afraid of fat, fat is good for you, your body needs fat to function properly. Just because it's called fat doesn't mean it's going to make you fat, I eat about 90-120 grams of fat a day and I'm far from fat haha
• Yes running on the trendmil and outside are completly different, on the tredmil you have a set pace and a set incline (unless you change it while running) and the ground is moving but you are not unlike if you ran outside you are moving and the ground is not and your pace is not set, you will slow down and speed up and…
• I'm pretty sure my profile pic is really me, not sure tho, I could just be seeing things...

• it depends what you are taking about when you say processed sugars ?
Um, the PROCESSED SUGARS YOU KEEP REFERRING TO.
lol
• I do eat all the crap I want and I very rarely get sick and again I eat high sugar foods all the time and don't get fat. Even when I ate nothing but mcdonalds I didn't get fat and I almost never got sick. Explain why I'm not fat or deathly ill right now? What you are saying is far from FACT, I am an amazing example that…
•
But who's doing that? Who is living on ONLY Lucky Charms and soda for months at a time? Your argument is stupid because the examples you give don't happen in real life. I can talk about how bad it would be for someone who was only eating strawberries all day every day too, but no one really does that.
…
• No this thread is not about the word calorie, it may have sorta started about that, but then you go and start attacking processed sugar. I've read through the whole thread and what I get from it is you think processed sugar is of the devil and makes people fat and causes cancer. A calorie is energy, no matter if it comes…
• Doesn't matter when you get your protein just as long as you get enough thru out the day.
• @Jamesagnew717 sorry but you are don't know what you are talking about, I eat pleanty of processed sugars thru out the day normally around 100 grams or so and I gain no fat what so ever, and I've always eating like this and I've never been fat, if eating lots of sugar makes you fat then why do I not weight 300lbs?
• My numbers: Obesity Index - 24bmi National - lower BMI than 79% of males aged 15-29 in your country Global - higher BMI than 64% of males aged 15-29 in the world Did you know? If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 851,146 tonnes fromthe total weight of the world's population You're most like…
• Yes you should, cuz say you ate 1350 calories and in your workout you burned 1000 calories like you said, your body would be left with only 350 calories for the rest of the day for normal activites and body functions and that's just not enough and would put your body in starvation mode, which is not good.
• Well not sure about top 5 for both but for me I like for my Protein with out fish: Chicken, lean Turkey, lean Beef and Whey Protein shakes. And as for Carbs I'd go for Oats, Granola, and Wheat bread for complex carbs and Bananas and Apples for Simple sugar carbs
• Drunken Stoned Skater Kid
• I'd just do the main "big" lifts like Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, and Pullups. Those 5 exercises will work every muscle in your body making you stronger and healthier, and do some cardio. I'd say 2-3 sets of 6-15 reps for each exercise 3x a week, workouts should only take 45-60 minutes, and on the days…
• I just got a HRM last month, it's the kind that straps around just under the chest, it's awesome, mine was about $70 or so but it was worth it, it does everything. after a workout it'll tell you how long you were in your target HR zone and how many calories you burn thru out the work out, which is great, I found out that I…

• This is false, you can use in a thousand different was, it is not only edible as a filler.
• I can see how quinoa is like oats by it self it is a bit bland but the texture isn't much different then oatmeal, and I think you can do a lot more with quinoa, and it's got the protein and amino acids, I prefer quinoa to oats. And how are you going to get a well-balanced diet with very little animal products? What's wrong…
• It's a good substitute for rice or pasta, my wife made mac & cheese with it it was actually pretty good, and a little of it goes a long way, just one cup makes a lot and it's very filling.
• Protein shakes for protein and you can snack on nuts, like almonds and peanuts, high in HEALTHY fats and calories.
• Low carb Whey Protein shake is an easy one.
• For one she probably has good genetics and second shes famous and rich so she most likely has a top dollar personal trainer that has come up with a great exercise routine that works wonders for her, yes it is normally harder for wemon to build a bunch of muscle mass but they can do it with hard work and dedication. oh and…
• Today is kinda an off day for me, so I'm working on body parts that don't get much attention in my normal routine, so I'm doing abs, calves, and forarms today.
• XxxFallenAnge, amazing eyes, wow...
• The only way your going to bulk up is if you eat well over your caloire goal and start taking steriods haha
• When people tell you to work lats, they are talking about the muscles on your back kinda under your armpits, a good way to work your lats is by doing pullups/chinups, the reason they tell you to work your lats is cuz if you have bigger/wider lats, it makes your waist look smaller in comparison. But as for exercises that…
• Hate when people say stuff like this, your body is not going to start eating away your muscles if you don't workout for a few days or weeks even, if that were true then people you don't exercise at all would have no muscles because their body would've used it all up. and why would your body start using muscle for energy…
