I started with meatless Monday's, then meatless Monday's plus no meat for breakfast or lunch, then I said,"let me go one week without any meat." I did this a few days ago. I put a yoplait light yogurt in the freezer, came back a day later. Took the ice chunk that came out of the yogurt package, blended it. Put some fresh berries and some almonds on top. It was just like a bowl from my local froyo place. Favorite treat :-)

Finished day 2, not gonna lie-- I am sore from day 1. Even though it felt easy doing it- I am having some leg pains today! Also- I only got up to 96 cals on my HRM, how about everyone else?

Best thing I've found thus far: http://www.sunspire.com/unsweetened-carob-chips So creamy and tastes like milk chocolate. One tablespoon is 35 calories. I put them in oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese.

I just had some tonight, it was great and very simple. I sauteed mushrooms, green pepper, and red pepper in my wok. Then, I added some garlic salt and cumin. Last, I added the shirataki noodles and sprayed them with 0 cal olive oil spray. Came out pretty tastey!

I go over my calorie limit, but I still eat healthy. Lots of healthy dark chocolate with high cacao (70% or more), peanut butter, fruits. I really just keep munching, but stay healthy!

25 y/o 5'1 hanging between 127 and 129lbs 34.4-33-38 I really don't know what measurements I should be working towards.... any opinions? Right now I'm at my goal weight, but thinking of striving for 120lbs.
