I plan my food at least the night before, because I know if I don't have my day planned, I'll just eat and eat! It helps a lot to have it planned at least the night before, if not days in advance.

I know the feeling!! I'm constantly falling off the wagon! I was doing really well with eating and exercise for about 5 weeks, and then just stopped exercising (with the exception of walks) and stopped eating good. This was only two weeks ago. Today I'm getting back on the train of eating and exercising. We can do this!!…

I eat them without adding anything, I just scramble the plain egg. Then it's just the calories for the eggs themselves :-) they're tasty to me! Although I'm sure other people may prefer milk, etc added.
