Because of the same problem of snacking I had to throw away all the snacks and stop buying ANY. So I can't eat them even if I'd like and I got used to it.

If you work hard enough during these three workouts it will make as much difference as someone who does bit more, as you get days of rest in between that let body recover.

I am same, hate it too and prefer someone to tell me to move my *kitten* and do something!

I have changed my goals recently, from getting skinny to getting in shape, I am still weighting myself thought. I am running outside and am getting my body weight training routine together so I can start regularly next week.
-
I still have 7 kg (15.5 lbs) and am 5"4 to go to my goal weight, but am too looking forward to see what you girls eat as well, anyone care to share?

Bump for the topic, saving it up for later :)

Awesome thanks for the link!

This! Many people can't stand about me usually ! And pure honesty, I just hate when people say stuff they don't mean.

I use Runmeter, an iPhone app, works great.

Wow immense change, you really should feel proud of yourself!

Unless they have a before spoken reason for not logging in, yes I delete them regularly. Too much drama and I try to bring people back, nothing to do if someone doesn't want to continue losing with MFP.

- Get skinny and fit by the end of the year! - Get rid off all the desire to eat unhealthy stuff. (I won't touch it now, but the desire is still there.) - Start running outside. - Buying new clothes some time before the end of the year. (when I reach my desired weight, right now I have almost nothing that fits anymore) -…

I game a lot of FPS, hack and slash, and RPGs but I really dislike GTA and similar games, just plain boring. They'd have had a really good storyline for me to like it, which most of them doesn't . Played Saints Row 2 lately, but can't even bring myself to like it.

Binge on nuts and fruit, I just can't stop myself sometimes, especially when it comes to nuts, I love them too much.

You should go out, everyday, even when you don't feel like it, for yourself. I too have suffered from untreated deep depression for many years, but always managed to pick myself up and fight it, and to be honest going out is the best cure, appreciate little things, get a break from people if you've been socializing a lot…

Listen to them then go and do your own thing anyway. I know how annoying it is when people start to telling you don't need to lose, my mum started to do it since she heard I almost weight the same as her. It's so annoying.

400 cals in 4 mins? Not a chance, it's just impossible and unrealistic. Period.

Best motivators for me are: - Weight-in in the morning - Naked stare in the huge mirror - Going out shopping

I still heavy lift and do cardio and am on low calorie diet as well at the same time. And I manage to pull it off and lose weight too.

alleycat88 people make up this usually as one of the excuses to not get thin (I'm not talking about anorexic thin here).

From what I heard from mates Weight Watchers aren't that accurate. I own digital EKS and am pretty happy with it, picked up from Argos if I remember correctly.

Use the phone app, and if not maybe try writing down what you eat and do on a paper and input into computer when you feel like it?

I couldn't manage lot of exercise when I was obese, that's for sure, although I could do all sorts of stuff but running was off limits for me. If I were you I'd concentrate on circuit training. Try Nike Training Club app on iPhone if you own one, awesome workouts there, no need for a gym equipment.

I can't eat LITTLE nuts, I usually have days when I eat almost nothing but nuts. That's why I can only do this once in a while. Nuts are dangerous since they're ready to eat from the pack, more temptation with them than normal food ....

Leeanne1974 eating less doesn't necessarily mean someone's got an eating disorder. I am eating less for some period of time then bounce back to eating my BMR when I want to maintain my weight. You said people are encouraging anorexia, it's true in some cases, but you can't be anorexic when you're OBESE. I'd hate to be…

Love this <3

sun33082 thanks but I don't think it's available in UK shops. I have found this recipe though and am thinking of giving it a try: http://www.food.com/recipe/soy-sauce-substitute-216380

shinelikevega I don't understand your whining, everyone does what they want to, and it's their bodies, so why would you care so much? Don't just play the goody shoes madam. And by the way I am eating healthily, when I am maintaining my weight. No, I don't care what you think of my own methods for my own body, and to be…

I had the same problem, but solved it easily, worked for me EATING LESS and eat different things than you did up until now. For example drop bread, bananas if you digest them slowly. If you've done that and stopped eating sweets long ago too, have one day and stuff yourself with chocolate (I had half the big box of…
