i love quorn i think that it taste's like the real stuff and is often cheaper that meat plus. My dad who is a avid meat eater and usually turns his nose up at meat alternative loves their steaks. BTW im not vegetarian.

its not about how many times you fall but how many times you get back up that matters. learn what your triggers are so that they can be avoided. Eat regularly, drink lots of water sometimes we confuse hunger with thirst. its also going to take a while for your body to adjust to not aach as much as it used to. i eat oats…
