    its not about how many times you fall but how many times you get back up that matters.
    learn what your triggers are so that they can be avoided.
    Eat regularly, drink lots of water sometimes we confuse hunger with thirst.
    its also going to take a while for your body to adjust to not aach as much as it used to.
    i eat oats for brekky i keeps me going

    Does your wagon have seat belts?

    The only person who can help you is you. Spend some time reflecting on the triggers that cause you to "fall off the wagon" and fix them.

    I had to learn to spread calories out over the day instead of skimping all day then binging when I got home from work.
