I have one and I love it! I got the vivofit because I already had the chest strap for one of Garmin's watches. Unfortunately, about the time I got the vivofit I had an injury and haven't been able to work out hard enough to use the HRM, but I love the steps and the synching....when it works. If it isn't something I do EVERY DAY, then it is extra activity. Maybe extra activity isn't "excercise" exactly, but it is something more than your daily activity level so I feel it should be counted as something and "excercise" is the only option. I think so. It's become like FB to me!!Plus, like many others, it's easy to do at home and on my phone and I know from past experience that if I don't keep track somehow it will all come back and more. I also like the feeling of being in control. Before...the food was in control.
